Current patients:

• Call or text the office for availability.
• There is a $25 fee for missed/no show appointments
  • Call or text the office 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
• Patient portal can be accessed to verify next appointments.
  • If you don't have access call or text the office to have the link emailed to you.
  • Password reset link can be sent to you.

Potential New Patients:

• Must have a referral
• Once the referral is received it will be processed in the order in which it was received.
• Scheduling is done on Thursday of each week.
•  Can be put on cancellation list.

For Testing:

• There are 3 appointments
  • The initial appointment, Testing & Results
  • Results are 3 weeks after testing
  • There is a $50 fee for missed/no show testing appointments
